The car was listed for sale in July 2020 with the following description: mk2 fiesta 1.1 ghia project car very nice and rare car only 31 left apparently and this is the only 1989 one left most are 1988,car starts and runs very well with a brand new bosch battery fitted interior is very clean and being a ghia has the xr2 dash and high spec seats door cards etc,body wise is very good for an old ford still on original sills floors etc door bottoms are mint as is the bootlid,has a new passenger wing which has been tempory fitted using rivets not welded so can be removed as will need work to inner wing,the drivers side inner wing and outer wing are very good apart from arch being cut off by a previous owner for wheel arch extensions,boot floor has been welded but seems solid floors and sills will require work and the rear arches have also been cut off by previous owner for arch extensions but the panels are available on here for not a lot of money,bonnet has rust to front edge but otherwise a very good straight project by no means a rot box and these are becoming a very collectable car now only selling as ive bought something else so no longer required,no bumpers what you see on the car and in the car is all you get but is pretty much all there,number plate is etched in the glass like they used to do nice touch I have the keys green slip for log book (receipt of sale will be given and new owner will have to apply for a log book)as the previous owner and good friend never received a v5 off who he purchased off there is also a lot of old mots receipts etc
