Ford Fiesta Mk1 Sandpiper II
The Mk1 Sandpiper II was a limited edition model based on the 1.1L. Released in March 1981, the 2nd Sandpiper model followed the success of the earlier 1979 version with a further 4000 cars being produced. The Sandpiper was available in a two tone colour scheme, Roman Bronze over Solar Gold.
The car was advertised using the slogan 'A high-flyer at a down-to-earth price', and retailled to the UK buyer at £4060.00 inclusive of VAT and car-tax.
